1. General

Depending on stock availability delivery time varies from 7-10 working days to 2-3 weeks. For special order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly to advise. In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

We will always do our best to deliver our items on time and keep in touch with the customer regarding their delivery.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.

You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to request a return on any items from your order. The items must be unused and in original packaging. To report any damages, please do so within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.

UK shipping costs: €18


If your location is outside of Ireland and the UK, please contact us to place an order for you. Delivery rates for Worldwide shipping may vary due to weight and location.
